sorry to say most of the colleges under cusat of strem eee, ece, and mechanical has fills by with in rank 6000. so it is really difficult to get those stream as per your score. but every year cutoff changes and it depends on number of candidates are participating on it. so attempt the counselling. and lets see whats happen. all the best.
