With this JEE main percentile you cannot get a seat in any government colleges like NITs, IIITs but you might get some lower branches in some GFTIs. Your rank would be more than 100 k. Actually all the seats get filled up at around 50 k.

Since you won't get any government colleges for engineering, you should go for some good private engineering colleges like Sharda, Manipal,SRM etc.
You can work hard there and make a difference. At last it all depends on how hard you work and your dedication. It does not matter whether you are from some government colleges or some private engineering colleges.

Since, you have reservation for SC and you have an aggregate of 88%. So, you have higher chances of getting admission in top most NIT's for sure. Branch is not that compulsory because ypu can choose it on your own and also you can get seat in CSE, ECE, IT, EEE, MECHANICAL, etc..,
Make sure you attend the counselling session after you finish your JEE-advanced and stay motivated !!
