See there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years or very latest trends than on such percentile in MHT CET your rank is expected in the range of 19,001 – 32,000 and JEE-Main your rank is expected to be in the range of 246089 - 175204. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.

On such rank and category it's quite difficult to get seat in CoE, Pune through MHT CET CAP Counselling because if we go through last year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for CoE, Pune was 2639 for B.Tech  in Metallurgical Engineering.

The MHT - CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra.

It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.

The degree courses of the following streams are mainly accounted for in this entrance exam: Engineering.

B.pharma.

With an MHT CET percentile between 89-80, you can expect a rank between 19,001 to 30,000.

So according to your percentile in jee main and MHTCET you can apply for admission in COEP College of Engineering Pune and try your luck.

College of Engineering Pune, is a college affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Established in 1854, it is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India, after College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and IIT Roorkee.

So, for admission in Top branches like CSE you need to have percentile in the range between 98-99 in Mhcet exam

But you can apply in other branch and try you luck from your jee marks.
