I have 90+percentage in 12th board and I interested study in abroad. So 12th result help me in this case and give me scholarship.

Yes for bachelors courses after 12th marks is considered for admission in college or universities abroad. You will have to write IELTS exam for any course you are applying in foreign university. There are different IELTS score demanded by different countries and there should also be sectional band which they accept. Scholarship will be decided based on your marks. And the procedures scholarship of different universities.
