I have 9440 rank in pessat 2019.can I get pes university if not then which college I get through this pessat rank .can I got CSE or ECE ?

Kumari, it seems really difficult for you to get admission in PES University.
Usually they stop taking students for admission after 3k rank in the final round. But it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper. So you can still give it a try.
