It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you got 95.5% in class 12. You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belong to general category. There is chance to get admission to Delhi University for B.Sc Maths. Because according to the previous year, the  cutoff of B.Sc Maths for general category  in different colleges of Delhi University such as

Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College 95-97

Miranda House 98-99.75

Hansraj College 95-97.75, etc.
