With this score its tough to get government colleges with your required braches but if you want to check for other branches you can check for previous year cutoffs of NIT's on the following link

If you only want the above mentioned branches then you can go for top private institutions like Thapar University or Jaypee Noida, where you'll definitely get admission in your desired branch.
