You should go for the top nits like

NIT warangal

NIT Trichy

NIT Jaipur

NIT Hamirpur etc.

With branches like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering , ECE or CSE branch. I will suggest you to go for the CSE branch at any of the other nits in which you can get it. You can also check the colleges that you can get at this much rank in the link below by career 360 :

Congratulations for your results. Aif it is your CRL rank, then you can get top NIT'S or IIIT'S at this rank for sure. Aslo if you want to built your career is CSE or IT, the you can also target NSUT, DTU, PEC, BITS PILANI etc.
