Congratulations on securing 98 percentile in jee and you mentioned your home state is kerela let me tell you that you can easily get NIT Calicut.

Looking at your percentile your percentile should be around 22-23k .

Now the branch that you can get for sure is electronics and electrical branch . So, if you need ECE branch then you need to score atleast 98.5 .

However various conditions are considered like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Since you have scored the required cutoff you can apply for JEE Advanced 2022 to get admission in IITs. The branch cannot be predicted now. Try for JEE Advanced 2022. The website will be open from 2022 Aug 7 to 11. Or if you did not qualify  JEE Advanced 2022, then sit for JOSAA counselling and wait for all the rounds to get admission to a better branch of engineering in NIITs or IIITs.
