i have a 10th And 12th marksheet of mahrashtra but i have a domicile nd caste certificate of bihar so can i apply for bihar counseling??

In case you have a latest and Valid Domicile Certificate of Bihar State, issued by proper Notary/ State Government Authority/District Office, I believe you can apply under Bihar State Quota for seat in Engineering or Medical Institutes under Bihar State Government Counselling.
