I have a 3 year Gap due to competitive exam preparation+ Was not getting job due to Covid Lockdown. If I pass all the IT interview rounds and justify my gap reason will I be able to get the job?

If you can qualify all the rounds of selection and can give them a solid reason for your 3 year gap then you can surely get that job. They would otherwise state that the there should be no gap, unless stated then the gap wouldn't be a problem. You just need to impress them with your talent and knowledge and prove it to them that you have a passion for working there. These will be tested when they carry out the various tests at different stages of the recruitment process. So do well in those and when asked about the gap in the HR round you can explain your reason to them.
