i have a 60% in 12th science ,and after i got addmission in civil engineering but befor i start first day in college i stop to study now after 3 year can i start back on same addmission or can i get new addmission?

Umang, you haven't mentioned the course that you have joined. Every admission for every course is valid for a certain period of time. If you haven't attended college even once in 3 years, it is highly possible that your admission might have been cancelled. You need to check with the college administration about this and check the possibilities of continuing your studies based on the same admission. Or else, you may have to start afresh.
