i have a 9 cgpa(mech) from a reputed college and i am preparing to score my max in gmat but my board marks are low with 68% and math marks is 47.i cannot afford the fees but for very few i can,will taking mba from any reputed foreign unv and scholar ships related to it be affected due to board marks

Well any university abroad tries to select the students who are among the best according to their set guidelines and brings something to their department. Their application review process is very holistic and they try to see everything from academics to non academic to recommendations to test scores to your personal statement. If one part is weak then you need to make the other parts of your application as strong as possible to compensate for the lower part. As long as your application is great overall with a bit of up and downs, you will be able to get in.
