I have a backlog in one semester in my Bsc college( CU affiliated). Can I still take migration from that college?

If you are a student of Calcutta University and if you want to migrate from your university to any other university for further studies, then you need to clear your backlog in order to get so. Without getting it cleared, you won't be able to get the migration about it. Although, I would recommend you to contact the Calcutta University Darbhanga Building (Migration Department) so that you can get the perfect information regarding it.
