I have a bad kcet ranking,and also I am not a student under agricultural quota ,can I apply to bsc forestry or agriculture colleges?

On the basis of the merit and preference of colleges and course, candidates will be called for the counselling of KCET 2018 for document verification and seat allotment process.

My kcet ranking is 87089 and I have AGRI quota and I come under ST caste can I get bsc agri
