I have a certificate for participating in nationals in handball I was 7th or 8th back then..Will that help me to get seat in mbbs?

To get a seat in MBBS , you have to qualify NEET - the medical entrance in India. NEET is solely based on 11th and 12th physics , chemistry and biology and you need to ace the exam to get a seat. So unfortunately , a participation seat in Nationals Handball isn't going to help you. However , it will look good in your resume in the future.
