I have a chance to go to BIT Bangalore, DSCE for CSE. I may also get ISE in MSRIT, BMSCE. PESU is tough luck in CSE, may get ISE. Hello

The best college for CSE course among these two would be MVIT as the cutoff for MVIT is less compared to NIE and SIT which suggests that there would be better students in that college and thus you would get a better environment to study. Also, the placement record of MVIT is a little better than NIE as it is located in Bengaluru city and thus more companies visit there for placements.
