I have a composite score of 58.9 in DU-JAT 2018 and a rank of 4910. Can I get a call from any college?

If you are from general category, I am afraid you have very little chance provided your marks and rank. You should probably try other career options.

Not giving you false hopes, I must tell you that it is not possible to get a good college with this score.
I would suggest to go for some other good university.
