85% govt quota seat you can avail only if you have domicile of that particular state as you belong to,you can get admission in 85% govt seat in state quota of rajsthan  and 15% govt seats from AIQ. In other states you can apply for private medical colleges.

Uttar Pradesh

Bihar

Rajsthan

Tripura

Chattisgarh

West Bengal

Uttarakhand

These are some states where they open some seat for other states students in private medical colleges. So you can try in all these state if you want to get private medical college. You will have to register separately in each state and attend the counseling on time to get addmission.
