There is a separate cutoff list for other state students in some colleges refer to that cutoff, if you qualify for the same, you shall apply for the counselling directly like other home state students

You can apply for the 15% AIQ seats in govt Colleges if you have a score of 550+ otherwise you can simply opt for management quota seats in private colleges or the college you wish to join
