I have a doubt about OBC NON-CRYMILAYER CERTIFICATE that ,as far as i know income 8 lakh should be but whether it has to be gross income or net income.
For an OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate, the income limit of 8 lakhs is considered as gross income, meaning the total income before any deductions, not the net income after deductions. This means you need to calculate the combined gross annual income of your parents to determine if they fall within the non-creamy layer category.
if your family's annual income is up to 8 lakhs then only you can apply for obc reservation. If the income exceeds 8 lakhs, then the your family members will be considered as falling under the creamy layer category and will not be eligible for OBC NCL benefits.
Thank you..
