I have a doubt abt major and minor degrees in engg,for suppose i am major in cse and minor in mech engg.can I get job in PSU as a mech engg

NO, you won't be getting Job in PSU as a Mechanical Engineer.
Minor is just a course which make you multi tasking and more knowledgeable in more feilds.
