JEE Main 2020 form filling process has just been started on 03rd September 2019. Candidates who are applying for JEE Main Exam for the first time may afce problems while filling the form, like you are facing.

As you have already appeared for your class 12 in 2019 so you have to fill that your passing year is 2019. But if there is no other option for improvement exam then leave it.
You are eligible for Jee mains 2020.
