From what I contemplate you want to know your candidature as a visually challenged category candidate for the Gate entrance examination and so to answer your question, even though you fulfill all the criteria for being eligible and rightful to the particular category, yet you have to get that affirmed and attested in the form of a certificate issued by a government issued Doctor testifying the same. Only when you possess the same certificate, you would be eligible for the categorical reservation for GATE.
