I have a gap of 2 years in my education, but I wanna pursue MBA in finance. I wanna know whether they accept the students if they have a gap in their education?

Yes , B-schools accept students with education gap only if your reason is valid according to them.
So, you should prepare or have a good valid reason of your 2 year education gap because this question will surely asked by you in the interview process of admissions.
