I have a gate score of 443 in 2020 electrical paper under general category.. can I get a direct admission to BITS through my gate score alone without writing bits hd test?

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, seat matrix, questions difficulty level etc, so at this score you have less chances for core stream in bits by gate score. so to become safe side it will be good if you participate in bits hd exam.
