Yes, the migration certificate which you have will suffice the purpose. Migration certificate are issued just once , you can't ask you college or school to issue it again it they have issued it once. Migration certificate is just a certificate that is required when one changes one board to another board or from board to University. So you don't need to worry at all.

So it is valid for the forth coming years if you change the board or give exam. Submit the migration certificate you have got during admission process. There wont be any problem with it.
