You can apply for name change in the Marksheet in the college to obtain a marksheet with the correct name. If there is time constraint for document verification you can get an affidavit stating that there is a spelling mistake in your name and mention the correct spelling as per the records. You can provide the affidavit at the time of document verification so as to not face issues and complete the document verification successfully.
