I have a obc caste dhobi of delhi should it is valid in maharashtra for take addmission in medical college.

yes,it will be valid if you are in the central obc list,it will not be valid if you are in the state obc list as obc certificate is different for different states as every state has its own obc list so if you are in central obc list then you can apply in other states.i hope thios information helps you.
