i have a OBC NCL certificate issuing after 1 april 2022 is it consider in counselling ?

Hello,
For most of the Counseling process a category certificate that is considered to be valid must be around 6 months or so old.
------ Since your OBC- NCL certificate is issued after April 1, 2022 , you can use this category certificate for any Counseling till October.
------ Also, you must go through the instructions released by the authorities before counseling as different examination have different rules.
