Abhijit, if all your documents do not have initial, you shall be fine even when getting your passport. But if you have any document that has an initial or surname to your name, get an affidavit done stating that both the names belong to you. And when you are getting your passport done, make sure you also take the affidavit along with you and make sure you mention in specific the name you want to be mentioned in your passport.
