I have a query about UPSC. First of all, I've recently passed class 12 with PCB. What should I do next (step by step) to pursue my career in Civil Services. I can do my UG in llb and also in MBBS, I have an intrest in both. Suggest me the best way to get into Civil Services.

Hello,
First of all there is no restriction in terms of stream specific for UPSC exam, candidates from all backgrounds can appear for this, they just need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, with no specific aggregate, they need to attain 21 years, and can apply in the final year as well.
Now, coming to your question, if you're wholly and solely focused on having IAS as a career go for LLB as UPSC tends to be more humanities oriented syllabus, however if you're not sure and want to have some other options you can go for Medical as well, the reason I'm telling you is because if we look at past year toppers they come from diverse backgrounds such as Medical,Engineering, Commerce, Law etc, eventually more or less the diligence, focus, dedication, persistence remain the same for every aspirant.
