sorry to say but you are not eligible to take admission in vivekanada B.Ed and D.EL.ED college , murshidabad for the course B.ed as the basic eligibility criteria says candidate must hold bachelors degree or master degree in sciences/social science/humanities with specialization in science and mathematics and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks at their graduation or post graduation level.

With 35% in graduation it's very difficult to get admission in BEd because the minimum requirement of aggregate is at least 50% for General Category, even though there may be relaxation for reserved ones, it's  45% only, if you have 50% aggregate in 10+2 level ,then you may try for Diploma in Elementary Education.
