I have a rank 17346 in vit. Can I get CS or IT in 1st category in vellore campus

It was on account of Covid19 pendemic this year that VITEEE was cancelled and the admission for the academic year was to be given based on class 12 percentage. Now the result of VITEEE has been announced. You have secured 17346 rank.
In VIT Vellore the pas year closing rank for CSE was 7000 and the closing rank for Information Technology (IT) was 12000. Also in 2015 the closing rank for CSE and IT was 15000 and 17000 respectively. As per the recent past year cutoff it is hard for you to get CSE and IT there since the competition has much increased and so does the cutoff.
