I have a rank 21269in wbjee under tfw rank. Can I get a chance of studing in b. tech in a good college?

Hello aspirant,
If this rank is your general merit rank(GMR) then you cannot get a seat in government college. But you can get a seat in private college but not the best one's. If this rank is your TFW rank not your GMR then your GMR will be much higher I guess and the chance of getting a good college becomes much less.
