hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at your rank in general and obc category you holds very low chances of getting admission but if you are from ST category you will easily get a seat in KMC mangalore . Mostly cut off closes around 30000 . I would stronly recommend not to waste time on counselling start look for other options
