see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. based on previous years closing score analysis you have less chances for government colleges from all india quota. however REFER THE below link to know about the top  medical colleges of INDIA is as follows,
