Considering you are from the Unreserved category, in the first list itself, the closing cutoff ranks for MNLU Nagpur and MNLU Aurangabad were 1073 and 1167 respectively for the General category. So you had good chances in these two MNLUs in the first list itself.

As far as MNLU Mumbai is concerned, last year the closing rank cutoff went to 1050. And this year, the cutoffs are higher.

If you aspire for MNLU Mumbai, you seem to have a slight chance of getting admission there. Wait patiently for the third list, but do keep a lookout for other institutes which you're eligible for as well to keep your options open.
