RBA do come under OBC. Http://pib.nic.in/newsite/PrintRelease.aspx?relid=124804

See the above link.

Show all the papers to the authorities. There must be written that it comes under OBC. Don't tell the college authorities. Contact the head of jee mains exam center if possible.
