I have a seat in nit rourkela in 1st round and reporting the same.in 7 the round it was not upgraded.can I again go to the reporting center

Hello Aspirant,
If you choose to Float in the further round of the counseling after the allotment of seat in the 1st round and didn't get upgraded to higher NITs, then don't worry move on. Go to the RC and Freeze your seat. Otherwise, your seat will be canceled. Hope this helps.
