In NEET exam there is PWD kota and you can avail that when filling the application form.
They ask few questions about the medical condition of the students as well.
So you can fill that. There is 5% reservation.
If you fall into that category, you can avail that.

In NEET Brochure, it is written that.
If Disability is Less than 40% then- Eligible for MBBS, but not Eligible for PWD Quota.
And, If Disability is 40% or Above, then- Not Eligible for MBBS.
