I have a waiting list no 83 In SSBF.Do I have any chance of getting admission in the third list?

You do stand a chance to clear the waiting list, but I would suggest you to keep other colleges as backup option if in any case you wouldn't be able to clear the waitlist. Or you can try again in next attempt but again for backup write other entrance exams also like CLAT, etc.
