I have achieved average passing Marks in Karnataka board 2nd puc but I want to write the exam once again to get good Mark's....no I dont want to write supplement ....is there an option that I can appear 2nd puc as an fresh student without writing supplement

Yes you could appear in board exams second time from any school. Its not a big issue you can easily reappear in the board exams without writing supplements. From any school you just go and recomplete your class for better performance in kernataka board.
