Congrats on getting such a good rank , i.e 9438 in Engineering and 6153 in Pharmacy in WBJEE 2019.
As per your rank and the previosu year cutoffs and trends.
You have the chances of getting into some very good colleges.
But your option are private institutes as you have very low chances of getting government instittes with your rank.
Some of which are:
