You should absolutely apply because the cusat cat (general category) cut-off trend is 6800.

However, you may only apply in Cusat Ernakulam for IT, which requires a closing rank of 4793.

It may be difficult for other branches in Cusat Ernakulam...

However, you can simply apply for practically any engineering branch at the Cochin-Kuttanad branch.
