Affidevit format for non domicile other than mp

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME THE FORMATE OF AFIFDAVIT . I AM ALSO APPERING IN PG C 2020 M.P

As your query is you have a affidavit that is an affidavit of not being domicile of state other than Madhya Pradesh and that is is of last year dated 16 July 2018 and you want to use it for a NEET counselling 2019. I would like to tell you that when you take admission this document will be required and thereafter as per your college for which will be counselled or your allotted seat, you will get  to know that it is up to them whether they accept it or not if they will say that you need to renew this you have to you will have no option but it's totally depends upon the college because few the colleges take it as a document only because they don't find it that compulsory but yes some colleges take strong actions against this certificate so you have to renew if they ask, but yes it's better that you renew this and don't wait for anything else because somehow in future this might create an issue so it's better to renew it and stick with the admission procedure.
