I have aggregate 70.8 marks in class 12th so I take direct admission in shiv nadar University

The minimum requirement for admission in 2015 was 80% for CBSE board. It varied from board to board for example the minimum requirement for a student who had appeared for XIIth from Maharashtra State board had minimum of 75% to score just to be eligible for admission. Beyond the 80%, the more you score, the better scholarship you are likely to obtain for studies at SNU.
Sorry to say this but you should improve your marks to get admission in this college.
