MSc .Agriculture is a two-year postgraduate program that can be pursued after completion of the bachelors degree program.

Eligibility- BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or any other relevant course from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

MSc Agriculture entrance exams include AGRICET, ICAR AIEEA, MCAER,CUCET , PAUMET, etc.

The major specializations include Agronomy, Horticulture, Forestry, Genetics and Plant Breeding, etc.

The course fees ranges between INR 50,000 to INR 150,000.

The average salary for graduates ranges between INR 1 lakh to INR 2.5 lakh.

The specialization courses can also offer a salary package of around INR 1 LPA to INR 10 LPA.

Some of the job positions available after MSc Agriculture are Corporate Sales Manager, Research Scientist, Lecturer/Professor, Field Officer, Breeder, Agronomist, Farm Manager.
