I have alloted colge first round counseling..But I withdraw it and I go for mop up round.if I dnt get any seat in mop up then what happen??

Nothing will happen,
If you alloted a seat and withdraw it and you are now going for mop up round then it the possibilities that you will be alloted any seat if you do choice filling well.
