I have allotted aiq seat in first round but we dont want that seat and dont want to go for second couselling what i have to do for state

ok no worries dont lock the seat in first round adn leave teh secound counseling session need not to fill any thing in the further counselling as sson as the counseling finishe you will be out of the counseling session automaticaly and you can apply for the state counseling session without any issue. all the ebst have agreat future ahead.
